11.以上噴嘴采用皮囊控制方式（氣控水），可對流量進行精確控制滿足不同產品，不同位置的噴涂需求。皮囊控制，設備的維護與清理上是較方便、 成本較低的一種控制方式。采用外混合式噴涂，每模噴涂結束后在噴嘴處就能實現關閉噴霧，大大減少了脫模劑的用量，減少了殘留，提高了壓鑄車的生產環境。每個噴嘴在噴涂間歇都持續噴射空氣，加快水分蒸發，同時防止噴頭滴水，減少水分殘留；噴涂結束后，還有獨立設置壓強的強勁噴氣回路，進一步吹走水分和雜質。
