8.配用噴嘴式噴頭組,霧化效果好,方便更換安裝。具備定點噴霧、循環(huán)噴霧、浮動噴霧。
9.動、定模可同時吹氣,也可動、定模單獨控制。在噴霧狀態(tài)下不吹氣,在吹氣狀態(tài)下不噴霧。有上升吹氣功能,可在噴霧工作完成后噴頭上升的同時吹氣以清掃模面的污物,使模面保持清潔。

11.以上噴嘴采用皮囊控制方式(氣控水),可對流量進行精確控制滿足不同產(chǎn)品,不同位置的噴涂需求。皮囊控制,設備的維護與清理上是較方便、 成本較低的一種控制方式。采用外混合式噴涂,每模噴涂結束后在噴嘴處就能實現(xiàn)關閉噴霧,大大減少了脫模劑的用量,減少了殘留,提高了壓鑄車的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境。每個噴嘴在噴涂間歇都持續(xù)噴射空氣,加快水分蒸發(fā),同時防止噴頭滴水,減少水分殘留;噴涂結束后,還有獨立設置壓強的強勁噴氣回路,進一步吹走水分和雜質(zhì)。
